Once cancellation is processed, access to services may remain active until the end of the billing period unless a refund is issued immediately.
4. Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital access, the following are generally non-refundable once delivered or activated:
- Software access or SaaS login accounts
- Membership platform access
- Digital downloads, templates, or toolkits
- Setup fees, onboarding fees, or activation services
- Completed service-based deliverables
Exceptions may apply if a technical failure prevents access or delivery.
5. Free Trials (If Applicable)
If BirdFlex offers a free trial:
- You are responsible for canceling before the trial ends
- Once a trial converts into a paid subscription, it follows the standard refund policy
- Failure to cancel before renewal may result in a non-refundable charge, except where required by law or approved on review

- System or processing errors
